Hey there!
Last week, I completed another half marathon i.e. 21KM run. It’s not less than a miracle for someone who never ran in life. I have been running for more than 5 years now and every run is a gift to myself physically and mentally. And I won’t deny the fact that it’s more helpful mentally than physically for me.
I would like to share two learnings from my running journey. First is, there is no limit to human potential. We all have limitations in mind only. I started from 100-200 meters and reached to 20-22KM runs.
Second, there is always a next level. I am good at running 20-22KM but there are people whom I can look up to to grow myself to the next level. I would strongly advise you to add some physical activity in your daily schedule. You will see the transformation after a couple of weeks. And yes, please don’t give up once you start.
Diwali festival is here and there is festive feel all around. I feel that the purpose is to celebrate life with the essence of victory of light over darkness. Let me remind you that life is never the same, we all go through ups and downs, we all have our own challenges. But festivals remind us that life is to celebrate, life is about new beginnings, life is about growing, and life is about coming out from darkness to the light.
Today, let’s light a diya of hope – A hope for a better tomorrow, a hope for a better life, a hope for new beginnings, and a hope to go through life meaningfully giving a purpose to existence. Please don’t miss on reaching out to your loved ones and celebrate the moment of happiness.
Today, let me remind you that with all its ups and downs, life is a celebration. Let’s celebrate every moment possible; whatever pleasant or unpleasant comes to us, let’s go through everything with a calm mind and a peaceful heart. Let’s overcome all negative emotions and let’s embrace all positive vibes. We all are work in progress, let’s be on the path to become the best version of ourselves. How about at the end of our journey, we exclaim with a smile – What an adventurous celebration!
On the occasion of Diwali, please light up more diyas for love, peace, happiness, prosperity, success and good health. Let’s start celebrating all moments of life from now onwards.
Wishing you the lights,
Jogi
