Hey there!

Today is the quarter century, this is letter number 25. Yeah !! We have come a long way together. What should I write today? Thinking, thinking, thinking and letting the words flow. If we want to progress in any area in life – personal or professional, there are 3 important parameters or steps to it. Let’s talk about it today.

The first step is awareness. Being aware means understanding and knowledge of a situation or a condition. We become aware of any aspect of life to change. It all starts from being aware. Let’s see from a simple example that if someone wants to lose weight or gain weight, then this person needs to be aware of the fact that he wants change in this aspect of life.

The second step is – action. Oh my friend, we all think so much but do so little! We have big plans which are many times only in our heads but not in the actions. Remember it for the whole life please, only action can take us forward. Even if we take the smallest possible step daily, sooner or later we will reach the destination. Isn’t it? So if someone wants to lose or gain weight, what’s the action happening? The action will define the outcome.

And the third step is – tracking! In this context, it means measuring action regularly. If you can measure then you can modify the next action accordingly to improve. So if someone is taking actions to lose or gain weight and then consistently working on diet and exercise, measurement will take all the efforts to the next level. Isn’t it?

So today, please decide on one area of life where you want to improve or learn or change. After that please define the actions & measurement parameters you want to put in place and be on the path of progress regularly. I am sure that you will come out as the winner.

Hello sir I am aware about my goal and for that I act but how can we measure I am going to right track or not. And sometime I distract my goal for my own habit how can improve in daily basis sir please guide me sir
